    Is it really easy to start and stop your services?

    Yes, we make it as simple as we can. All you have to do is sign the terms agreement and add Digital Horizons as an editor on your clinic's Facebook page then we start working for you. If you want to stop our services, just email us and we'll email you the termination agreement then we will immediately cancel your monthly payments. You can then remove our access from your Facebook page. You can cancel anytime. No questions asked. 

    How will I be billed?

    We set up automatic payments through Stripe so they will be withdrawn automatically from your account monthly to maintain a hassle-free experience. We will immediately stop these payments once you request that you want to end our services.

    Will this require more time on my part?

    No, once we have access to your Facebook page, we will handle everything related to social media marketing. You will still have access to your Facebook page if you want to see what we are doing on the administrative side and you can post to your Facebook page if there is some information needed to be given to your followers like holiday/weather closures. We will also email monthly reports of our ad results to you.

    Why do I need to give access to my clinic's Facebook page?

    We need access to the backend of your Facebook page so we can create/manage ads, post content and engage with your followers. You will not be required to give us your password or personal information. Assigning us as an editor to your account will only give us access to the bare minimum we need to do our job.
